Blueberry French Toast

How to make Blueberry french toast

2 x Slices of bread (for best results let the bread dry overnight)
1 Egg
Quarter cup milk
1 tbsp margarine
Tablespoon cream cheese
Tablespoon blueberries
Dash vanilla
Pinch cinammon

Blend the cream cheese, blueberries and milk together.
Beat egg in a medium bowl and mix in the blueberry mixture.
Coat each piece of bread in the egg mixture, making sure each piece is thoroughly coated.
Cook on a low heat for about five minutes until the underside is light brown, turn and cook the other side for a further five minutes until that is also light brown.
Remove from heat and serve with mixed berries and creme fraiche.
