How to make Stuffed french toast
Make the mixture for basic french toast, include sugar, vanilla or cinammon depending upon the fruit you use to stuff your french toast.
(Apple is very nice with cinammon.)
The recipe for basic french toast used here will only make one sandwich.
Slice bananas, strawberries or apple and place between 2 slices of bread, making sandwiches.
Coat the sandwiches in the egg mixture ensuring both sides are evenly coated.
Fry the sandwich on both sides until browned, then transfer to a baking tray and cook for 8-10 mins, turning once in an over set to 180 degrees (gas mark 4)
Serve with the topping of your choice.
